HD readers on April 10, 2009 from HD Vision Readers, Pacoima, Ca 91331 for a total of $33.97.The box contained a certificate stating a 2 year limited warranty. I am very careful with eyeglasses and treated both pairs with gentle handling. The frames on both pair broke in the last few days when I was removing them from my face. They were made of flimsy, thin plastic and were a complete rip-off. I called their customer service department today and was told in a rude manner that they were not under warranty and the 2year coverage was not purchased separately by me at the time of sale. The standard warranty is for 60 days and they will not help me in any way. I told the representative I would never buy glasses with a 60 day warranty and he repeated rude and stupid answers like he was programmed by the company to ignore customers complaints.He said the 2 year warranty was only for the Deluxe model and my receipt is for the deluxe model. I would advise anyone considering these glasses to save money and frustration by buying another brand.
