Unlike the other reviewer, I find these glasses to be the most comfortable pair of sunglasses I have ever worn! The ends are quite long, so they wrap around my head with no poking, which I like because I am not afraid of them falling off (I am a 7 1/8 head size).I purchased them at the last minute before climbing Shasta because I had forgotten sunglasses, and I have worn them almost every sunny day for the past three years without a single problem or scratch.I use them for running, rowing, climbing, and cycling and they stay put well. They are very effective on the water at blocking glare (I have the Spectron 4 lenses), as well. And, they are quite sporty looking and relatively attractive on, which is rare for sport glasses on women. The little red things clip off easily and I like to wear the glasses without them. They are not necessary. They can fog up if I sweat a lot, though.
