The "smoke" colour was black, and not as brassy as one might imagine, but they are sleek and very comfortable, so I am fine with them being as dark as they are. The lenses smudge fairly easily, but they clean as easily as they smudge; the outer lenses are also reflective, giving off a mysterious look for you steampunkers out there. Great buy, I highly recommend it.
