(More customer reviews)I've been using these fitover sunglasses for several years now, and I'm ordering my third pair today. There are many companies which produce sunglasses which you can wear over your prescription glasses, but I prefer Fitovers, and this is why:
1.Appearance - You get a variety of styles with Fitovers, plus a variety of frame and lens color.I personally don't find the knock offs to be as attractive or as versatile when it comes to appearance.
2.Quality - I must admit that I do have to replace mine every year or so due to scratching, but I wear them nearly every day and I have such a busy lifestyle that I am VERY careless when it comes to caring for them.They tend to be found either loose inside my crowded purse, or hanging from a chair, or on top of a pile of boxes and papers, or even on steps to my deck. And when I find they get dirty (I am an avid gardener and hiker), I usually just use my shirt or skirt to clean them. But the frames are very durable and the lenses are high quality polarized material.My mother has had the same pair for over 10 years, and hers are still in pristine condition.
3.Design - I like the fact that the entire eye area is covered, and therefore you don't get glare coming in from the edge of your vision. Further, I am pleased that I can either hang them from a cord or flip them up over my head when I am inside.
4.Affordability - well, they aren't as cheap as what you can get from Walmart, but then I am not wearing the Walmart brand because they don't satisfy me.Even if I had to buy one pair a year, considering the fact that I basically wear them every day, that comes to less than a dollar per week, and less than 0.12 a day.
5.Variety - I myself prefer the Razor model, but I have varied in lens color.However, if I wished, I could have several different designs, with several different colored frames, and many lens colors. I believe that certain colors, such as yellow(?)are better lenses for people who drive a great deal, but I don't know.I myself just pick the color for what feels right for my eyes and for what I think looks best.

So I'm giving these lil beauties a 5 star rating and then I'm off to finish up with my purchase!
