(More customer reviews)I found this bag online while searching for the PERFECT diaper bag/purse combo. It seemed to have everything a mom and a woman could want: changing pad, diaper kit/wallet, many interior pockets, key fob, stroller attachments, detachable messenger strap, wrislet for mom's stuff, and tons of style to top it off. When I recieved it for Christmas I was estatic. But my joy soon faded as one of the main exterior zippers broke within a day of normal use. Three weeks in the key fob broke off as well. I'll continue to use the bag, since it cost so much, but it sure was a disappointment.
